Check out our newest business venture:
I mentioned before that Jer is making me a blog and a website for my photography. The blog address is www.karaburnsphotography.blogspot.com. Check it out sometime. There are only 2 posts that I have done recently. Let me know what you think of my pictures. Also for Mother's Day Jer bought me an actual website www.karaburnsphotography.com it will be coming soon, he promises.
Ok, so I take a lot of pictures of my girls. I can use the excuse I am working on improving my photography since Jeremiah is in the process of setting me up a website and blog for my photography. I am also thinking about entering some of my landscape pictures in the contest at the state fair. I'll let you all know how that goes. So for now enjoy the ever increasing pictures of the girls.
2 weeks ago Harley came up to me and said, "Mom, I have a tooth coming in, I can feel it". I thought, no you don't. But sure enough her bottom front tooth was poking out of her gums. The bad news was that her front baby teeth hadn't come out yet. So we went in to see the dentist who told us just to wiggle the two front teeth and they will come out. So for two weeks Harley wiggled and wiggled, and it was finally wiggly enough to come out. She is so happy that the tooth fairy came to her house and gave her a gold dollar coin.
She was also excited to take her tooth to school for show and tell. The first one in her class to lose a tooth. We didn't think you started lossing teeth this early, she is only 5. But I guess anything is possible. So I am sure we will post again when the other tooth finally comes out. Sorry for the gross pictures, Harley really wanted to show everyone her tooth.
Ok, so most of you know I pretend to be a photographer. I really enjoy it, but I think Harley and Mylie are done being models. We finally had a nice day last sunday to go to Temple Square and take spring pictures of the girls. Alot turned out great. I think they wanted to play in the water more than take pictures but what can you do. I have been using photoshop to edit some pictures and have found great "actions" to help with the editing. Here are some of the pictures I took with normal color and some "fixed" up a bit. Hope you enjoy. Let me know what you think of the difference between the two. Which one looks better.
